What are parasites?
What are Parasites?
Parasites live amongst almost all animals on the earth. They play a crucial role in consuming or “cleaning up” what no longer lives, so that new life has room to grow. Earthworms are known for eating dead plant material, and parasitic worms such as pinworms, whipworm, hookworms, flukes, and ringworms consume flesh and fecal matter. Parasites have a tendency to pass through the colon walls of a healthy animal to search for additional food or spaces to lay their eggs. The parasites, in nature, will find organs or other areas in the body that are either weakened or contain a toxic build up of waste to nest or feed. There, they will begin to consume the tissue of an already compromised organ, causing further damage to the body.

Do I Have Parasites?
Almost all people have parasites. It has been said that about 95% of people have them. They can enter the body from eating raw fish or undercooked meat, from being barefoot on soil, from gardening with bare hands, touching surfaces in public restrooms, having contact with fecal matter, or by simply being around animals or young children. Some parasites can live inside its host for over a decade, growing up to 60 feet long without revealing any signs or symptoms. There are a number of respected leaders in medicine who have claimed parasites to be the most underdiagnosed health condition in the states.
Common symptoms:
- Teeth grinding
- Anal itching
- Seasonal allergies
- Anxiety
- Sugar cravings
- Cravings of alcohol
- Excessive hunger
- Nutrient deficiencies
- Anemia
- Fatigue
- Unclear thinking

instructions
Parasite Formula:
Take 2 capsules of the Parasite Formula 3 times per day (6 capsules per day in total). Herbal formulas are best absorbed before food or on an empty stomach.
Colon Formula (Optional):
If combining with Colon Formula, take 2 - 4 capsules of the Colon Formula in the evenings before bed. Begin with 2 capsules and increase as needed for 2 - 3 bowel movements per day.
Whole Body Detox Tea (optional):
If combining with the Whole Body Detox Tea, steep 2 teaspoons of the tea in approx. 2 cups boiled water for 7 min. Drink tea with the first dose of Parasite Formula in the morning.
Recommended diet
Since parasites are the decomposers of the earth, they thrive off of “dead” material such as flesh (meat, fish), mucus (from dairy or wheat), starches, and processed foods that produce acidic waste in the body (processed sugar, alcohol, chemical additives). Therefore, it is advised not to consume these foods while undergoing a parasite cleanse in order to remove their food and begin their exit process.
Parasites are best removed on a diet of raw fruits, raw vegetables, raw nuts and seeds, and pure spices and herbs only. Consuming a diet of mostly raw fruit and vegetables will not only starve the parasites, but flush the organs of retained waste, thin the lymph, and allow for their elimination. In other words, this diet is designed to open up drainage pathways. Consume these foods in the form of fresh or dried whole fruits and vegetables, juices, smoothies or purees. You may find yourself eating more food and more often than your typical diet. Eat as long as you are hungry but note the difference between hunger and cravings. Incorporating pomegranate, wheatgrass, garlic, cloves, papaya seeds and pumpkin seeds will also support in the elimination as these foods naturally contain antiparasitic properties. For a thorough breakdown of the diet, see the Detox Protocol e-Booklet and for recipes that coincide with this diet, see the Detox Recipe e-Booklet.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I do a parasite cleanse while pregnant or breastfeeding?
As a general rule of thumb, it is not recommended to cleanse while breastfeeding. Detoxification can place additional stress on the body and may contribute to nutrient depletion, dehydration or other symptoms related to involuntary purging. Additionally, several herbs in the Parasite Formula have not been adequately studied for safety during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. We recommend not taking this product if you are pregnant, may be pregnant or are breastfeeding.
Do I need to take binders while doing a parasite cleanse?
A binder, such as activated charcoal or chlorella, is not required for a successful parasite cleanse. Many people achieve positive results without one. In some cases, a binder may be considered, such as a history of heavy metal toxicity. Ultimately, this is a personal choice, and in our experience, a binder is not always necessary.
Will I be using the restroom more frequently during a parasite cleanse?
Our formulas are designed to be gentle and supportive of normal elimination. For most, bowel frequency either stays the same or increases only slightly, but does not lead to diarrhea or uncontrollable bowel movements. However, individual experiences may vary and temporary changes in bowel frequency may occur. If symptoms feel uncomfortable or disruptive, reducing your dose and focusing on nourishing, cooked foods can help slow the process. Ensure adequate hydration throughout.
Can I continue taking my medication and dietary supplements while doing the parasite cleanse?
If you are taking prescription medication, always check with your primary healthcare provider before starting a cleanse to ensure it is appropriate and will not interfere with your treatment. Never stop or adjust medication without medical guidance.
Dietary supplements will not interfere with your parasite cleanse. However, for general wellbeing and optimal absorption, it is recommended to take other supplements 2–4 hours away from the Parasite Formula.
In general, it can be helpful to limit additional supplements during a cleanse to allow the body to focus on elimination. That said, if a supplement is supporting your health or has been recommended by a practitioner, it may be continued during the cleanse.
What if I don’t follow the recommended cleanse dates?
You can cleanse at any time that feels right for you. Our suggested dates are designed to maximize effectiveness by targeting parasites during their most active phases and during the period that eggs typically hatch, although following them exactly is not required. Trust your intuition and choose the timing that best supports your body.
What types of parasites does the Parasite Formula target?
The Parasite Formula is designed to support gastrointestinal health and microbial balance. It combines botanicals that are traditionally used in cleansing practices that support the body’s natural defences against unwanted intestinal organisms.
While we cannot specify particular microbes this formula may assist with, traditionally these botanicals have been used for a variety of parasites, worms, viruses, and other microbes.
What can I expect to experience during a parasite cleanse?
Everyone’s cleansing experience is unique. During an intestinal or parasite cleanse protocol, some individuals may experience temporary changes such as mild nausea, light headedness, headaches, mood swings, increased cravings, fatigue, or changes in bowel movements in the first few days. Others may experience little to no noticeable effects. Some people report feeling lighter, more energized, sleeping more deeply, or feel a positive shift in digestion and mental focus, and clarity.
Individual responses vary depending on age, baseline diet, digestive health, and lifestyle factors. Temporary symptoms such as cravings, mood changes, or headaches can occur as the body adjusts to changes in diet and the introduction of concentrated botanical ingredients that support gastrointestinal balance and digestive hygiene.
If symptoms feel intense or persist, discontinue use and consult a qualified healthcare professional.
Will the parasites be alive when they come out?
Since the formula is intended to kill parasites, they are almost always dead upon elimination. In only very rare cases do they come out alive.
Will I see any parasites during a parasite cleanse? How will I know if it is working?
Some individuals choose to pay close attention to their bowel movements during a cleanse. It is not uncommon to notice visible changes in the stool or the presence of parasites (alive or dead), however most times, they are dead.
At the same time, many people report seeing nothing visually different at all. The absence of visible changes does not mean the cleanse is not working. Responses vary widely depending on individual digestive health, microbiome composition, diet, and overall physiology.
Many individuals instead notice more subtle shifts, such as reduced sugar cravings, less bloating or gas, improved regularity, increased energy, or greater mental clarity. These changes often reflect improved digestive function and microbial balance.
Everybody responds differently. The most meaningful indicators of progress are improvements in digestion, comfort, mood, skin health, cravings and overall well-being rather than visual confirmation
How do I know the parasites are out?
The most direct way to know if you’ve released parasites is by checking your stool. While it’s not for everyone, stirring or breaking apart the stool may reveal visible parasites. If you're curious, you can keep disposable chopsticks or a stirring rod nearby for this purpose.
Beyond visual confirmation, other signs indicate parasite elimination. Many people notice a sudden reduction in sugar cravings, along with improvements in bloating, gas, and digestive discomfort. Some report feeling lighter, more energized, and mentally clearer, suggesting the body is functioning more efficiently.
Additionally, looser stools, increased mucus, or unusual textures may indicate parasite die-off. However, since every body responds differently, not seeing parasites doesn’t mean the cleanse isn’t working. The most important thing is to observe changes in digestion, energy, and overall well-being.
How do I avoid parasites?
Parasites and other microbes are a natural part of our ecosystem, and everyday activities can expose us to them. It’s even safe to say that they are unavoidable in nature.
For this reason, many people choose to cleanse up to four times per year as part of a broader wellness routine.
After completing your 10 day cleanse, you may take 2 to 4 capsules periodically to support gastrointestinal hygiene and microbial balance, particularly during travel or when consuming higher risk foods such as undercooked meat, sushi, or unwashed produce.
Can I take the Parasite Formula if I’m unsure if I have parasites?
Yes. This formula is safe to use as part of a general wellness routine, even if you are not experiencing symptoms. It is common to incorporate periodic cleansing protocols to maintain gastrointestinal hygiene even if you are unsure if you have intestinal parasites.
What if I miss a dose of the Parasite Formula?
It happens! Missing a dose is unlikely to significantly impact your overall results. Simply resume your normal schedule and continue as directed. Consistency supports optimal outcomes, but occasional lapses are not cause for concern.
Is it essential that I follow the recommended diet?
The recommended diet is designed to encourage detoxification and support the body’s natural elimination processes during the cleanse. It emphasizes whole, minimally processed foods that are rich in antioxidants and high fiber foods to help maintain efficient digestive function and regularity.
While it is not mandatory, following the dietary guidelines can influence how you feel during the protocol and may enhance your results. It is strongly encouraged to incorporate this diet with the parasite cleanse to support the best possible outcome.
