Shipping

We are proud to ship throughout the US and internationally. We offer both standard and expedited shipping for domestic and international orders. Free standard shipping is included for all domestic orders over $75.00 USD. 

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 - 72 hours, unless the product is pre-ordered. Expidited orders are always prioritized. Ship dates for Pre-Orders vary. If your order contains 1 or more item that is a pre-order, your order will be shipped once all pre-order items in your order are ready to ship.

Carrier Disputes

In the case that a shipment has failed to be delivered, was delivered to an incorrect address, is delayed, lost, or is being held at a carrier unit, the customer must contact the carrier directly to resolve the matter. Food Over Drugs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Food Over Drugs cannot be held responsible for any customs, duties and taxes from importing our products. We encourage you to contact your local customs agent if you have any questions regarding additional fees on your shipment.

Returns 

Unfortunately, due to health regulations we cannot accept the return of any of our herbal products. For individual concerns please contact us at support@foodoverdrugs.com.

Merchandise may be returned if unworn and there are no signs of damage. Any tags must still be attached.

JAPAN ONLY: Japan has restrictions on ingredients such as Astragalus Root and Saw Palmetto Berry. Since our store sells products that contain these ingredients, we are not able to ship to Japan at this time through our website. Please contact us directly if you would like to place an order to Japan.
