Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 - 72 hours after purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays, unless the item is marked as a pre-order. Processing times may vary slightly during high-volume periods.
Expedited orders are given priority in our fulfilment queue to ensure they are prepared and shipped as quickly as possible.
Pre-Orders
If your order includes one or more pre-order items, the entire order will be held and shipped together once all pre-order items are available. Pre-order ship dates may vary depending on inventory schedules, production timelines, and product release timing. Any estimated shipping updates will be provided where applicable.
2. Shipping Destinations
We ship orders throughout the United States and provide international shipping to selected destinations where available. Shipping availability may vary by country due to local import laws, ingredient restrictions, or carrier service limitations. In some cases, certain regions may be temporarily unavailable for delivery based on regulatory or logistical constraints.

6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update within the carrier’s system. Tracking updates are managed by the shipping carrier.
7. Delivery Issues & Carrier Disputes
If your shipment is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, lost, misdelivered, or held at a carrier facility, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a resolution.
Food Over Drugs is not responsible for:
- Lost packages
- Stolen shipments
- Delivery errors after carrier handoff
All claims related to transit issues must be handled directly with the carrier.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address:

9. Damaged or Missing Items

- Clear photos of the external packaging

10. Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages depending on product availability or warehouse fulfillment logistics. If your order is split, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
11. Shipping Restrictions (Japan)
Japan restricts the import of certain ingredients, including Astragalus Root and Saw Palmetto Berry.
Because some of our products contain these ingredients, we are currently unable to ship to Japan through our website.

Returns Policy
12. Herbal Products (Non-Returnable)
Due to health, safety, and regulatory standards, we cannot accept returns of any herbal or ingestible products once they have been shipped.
