Frequently Asked Questions
Can I cleanse while pregnant or breastfeeding?
As a general rule of thumb, we don't recommend cleansing while breastfeeding. The reason for this is that detoxification opens multiple pathways for elimination, including the breast ducts, which could pass unwanted substances to your baby. Additionally, some of the herbs we use are not recommended during breastfeeding. For the safest approach, we suggest waiting until after weaning or consulting with a healthcare professional.
Do I need to take binders while doing the Parasite Cleanse?
A binder is not required for a successful cleanse. Many customers have achieved great results without one, while others choose to incorporate it. Ultimately, it's a personal choice, but in our experience, it's not always necessary.
Will I be going to the restroom frequently while doing the cleanse?
Our formulas are designed to be gentle and typically do not induce diarrhea. However, everyone responds differently. If you experience diarrhea or more frequent bowel movements, it’s often a sign that the cleanse is working, and that your body is naturally eliminating. Listen to your body and adjust as needed. If the effects feel too intense or disrupt your daily routine, you can slow the process by incorporating more cooked foods or reducing your dosage. Your comfort and well-being is the priority.
Can I take supplements while doing the Parasite Cleanse?
In general, it's best to limit additional supplements or herbs during a cleanse to allow your body to fully eliminate what it needs to. However, if a supplement or herb is supporting your well-being, continue taking it during the cleanse.
What if I don’t follow the dates?
You can cleanse at any time that feels right for you. Our suggested dates are designed to maximize effectiveness by targeting parasites during their most active phases and during the period that they typically hatch, although following them exactly is not required. Trust your intuition and choose the timing that best supports your body.

Will the parasites be alive when they come out?
Since the formula is intended to kill parasites, they are almost always dead upon elimination. In only very rare cases do they come out alive.
Will I be able to see the parasites?
Depending on their size, you may be able to see them if you decide to stir your stool and look for them (we recommend using disposable chopsticks for this). Generally, they end up being mixed in with your stool and are not easy to find at first glance. Worms may vary in color and size, but generally look like long strings, and flukes could look like rice, sometimes red in color.
How do I know the parasites are out?
The most direct way to know if you’ve released parasites is by checking your stool. While it’s not for everyone, stirring or breaking apart the stool may reveal visible parasites. If you're curious, you can keep disposable chopsticks or a stirring rod nearby for this purpose.
Beyond visual confirmation, other signs indicate parasite elimination. Many people notice a sudden reduction in sugar cravings, along with improvements in bloating, gas, and digestive discomfort. Some report feeling lighter, more energized, and mentally clearer, suggesting the body is functioning more efficiently.
Additionally, looser stools, increased mucus, or unusual textures may indicate parasite die-off. However, since every body responds differently, not seeing parasites doesn’t mean the cleanse isn’t working. The most important thing is to observe changes in digestion, energy, and overall well-being.
How do I keep the parasites away?

After completing your 10-day cleanse, you can take 2 to 4 capsules as needed—either before or after consuming raw or undercooked meat or fish, during travel, or in situations where exposure is more likely. I really really wanted to like this product, but honestly it did nothing for me. I’ve been experiencing yeast infections and confirmed candida and followed this cleanse to a T. My candida did not go away and all I felt all day was a little bloated and feeling like my diet was so malnourished due to lack of protein. I had bowel movements, but only 1-2 max. I wish I could get my money back for this because I had high hopes (especially says it’s labeled good for candida) and it did not work for me.
