I had a good experience with this cleanse kit. I followed a strict raw food diet for all 10 days and paired this kit with the whole body detox tea. Days 2-3 were probably the hardest as I felt some fatigue and bodyaches. After the initial slump I felt a jolt in energy and mental clarity. My skin and digestion improved a lot as well. I was drinking 2-3x more water than usual, which also helped. I did not end up using the recipe book included. I agree with some other comments that it would’ve been helpful to receive more detailed instructions with the kit. For example, a more detailed yes/no food list would be a great addition! Overall it’s a great cleanse kit and you have the flexibility to adjust your diet as needed to amplify the detox. I would do this cleanse again!

I've done this detox six times over the past three years, and I can't emphasize enough how much it has transformed my body. I’m so happy this product exists! I had a feeling I had parasites and was recommend I try a medication that was just going to add more toxins to be body. I found this natural option for my parasite cleanse and it has helped remove more than 1 kind of parasite from my system. I notice two diffent kind in observation during the cleanse. This parasite cleans was the answer to clearing several patches of various types of skin rashes that the dermatologist and my primary doctor called psoriasis. I’ve never had any type of skin rashes in my life and within this last year broke out in 6 different areas with redness, roughness and severe itching. I’m on my 5th food over drugs parasite cleanse and I will attempt to continue doing them every new season. I’ve also gotten the detox tea, the lung formula and the colon formula. I haven’t been feeling well and have been experiencing fluctuating weight and lots of bloating so I purchased the parasite cleanse paired with colon cleanse! Today was my last day of the cleanse and my bloating is gone resulting in 9lbs lost. What’s also interesting is I tested positive for many food allergies/ sensitivity in 2019 and just retested yesterday with no food allergies. I feel like my gut health has been restored and look forward to maintenance of this product 😊

I decided to try because I had symptoms of pinworms and I was also curious to see if it could help me with my allergies. The pinworms are gone and I my sleep has improved! The nose itching too but I still have sneezes from time to time so maybe thats a different issue. I also bought the ebook with recipes and it was very helpful because I didn’t have to worry about what to eat. I regret not buying the whole bundle with the colon cleanse, so I would recommend to buy it!

Where do I begin?! This is my second time doing the parasite cleanse and again, super impressed with the results, I feel great , light and to put it simply.., gut healthy! As a busy field nurse , I struggle with water intake but this cleanse reminds me that water is so crucial as well as fruits and vegetables, having everyday bowel movements. I appreciate that this does not make your stomach turn in cramps whenever you need to go which was initially my biggest fear lol 10/10 , do it ! Only 4 days in, and I feel like a different person. I’ve lost 8lbs, I’ve seen way too many little white rice looking friends in my stool(gross!), and I feel SO energized.
